n 2018, while managing a Hoka Test Center in Torbole sul Garda, I met Claudio, an extraordinary person full of enthusiasm and determination. That meeting sparked a special friendship with him and the Stivo Running group, enriched by sunset runs along Lake Garda. The pandemic brought the center to a close, ending those shared moments, but I kept following Claudio’s sporting achievements on social media. HOW MANY RUNNING SHOES DO WE NEED TO RUN
Running shoes should be chosen based on the type of running, terrain and characteristics of the foot. It's helpful to have at least two pairs: one cushioned for training and one lightweight for racing. Replace them every 500-800 km and store them clean in a dry place.
